• We are not one of those firms that peddle your résumé “door to door”. We reveal your personal data only and exclusively after consulting with you by telephone. In our opinion, you ought to know who the prospective employer is and what the job entails! 
• Any restrictions on disclosure will naturally be strictly complied with. 
• In the age of modern communications we use the most direct routes. In other words, information will preferably be exchanged between us by telephone and/or e-mail. Only when expressly requested do we send information by post. 
• We are also happy to assist outside of normal business hours. We are well aware that holding a detailed recruitment interview during the day with your current colleagues listening in is not necessarily to your advantage! 
• Should you be unable to reach us, we guarantee that if you leave an appropriate message we will get back to you at the earliest possible moment. 
• Finally and as a matter of form it should be said that you yourself will not incur any “agency fees” as a result of using our service.
